Chief Introduces Variety Of Mounting Solutions

Savage, Minn. — Chief Manufacturing is introducing a variety of new mounting solutions.
The Cinematic CM3 automated swivel table stand for residential and commercial applications, currently shipping, is billed as a unique solution that offers plus or minus 45 degrees of remove swivel for maximum viewing flexibility. It has optional stops at 15 degrees, 25 degrees and 35 degrees, and an integrated IR sensor for simplified installation. The CM3 provides height adjustment of 5 inches to allow for different screen heights; its freestanding base has bolt-down capability for permanent installation or increased security. It is available as either universal or custom and ships in silver or black, and it is UL rated for flat-panel TVs up to 50 inches or 125 pounds. It features a suggested retail price of $1,199.
Also available as of this month is the CM1 automated swing arm mount (pictured). With the press of a button, a screen will extend from the wall and rotate to the desired angle without the user having to leave the couch. It is designed for flat-panel TVs up to 61 inches and 170 pounds; it features three programmable preset viewing positions and multiple mounting options on or recessed between 16-inch center studs. The mount extends 18 inches from the wall and swivels plus or minus 50 degrees. The company's Q-Latch mounting system is designed to provide increased security and fast and easy installation. It features a suggested retail price of $1,799.
Scheduled to become available in July, Chief's CM2-L40 automated pop-up lift is designed for flat-panel TVs 61 inches and over, or up to 200 lbs. It provides fast adjustments at over 2 inches per second, according to the company. The lift provides up to 40 inches of travel with a stored height of 31 inches, and the Auto Drive gliding system is engineered to provide fast and quiet adjustment. A cable management system makes installation clean and hassle free, said the company in a release. Customizable store and show positions are meant to allow fine tuning for any installation, and the lift design is meant to eliminate flat-panel TV width constraints. It features a suggested retail price of $2,799.
