Battery Technology Unveils iPod ii Rechargeable Battery

Staff -- TWICE, 11/22/2004

A “new and improved” iPod battery, a portable solution for iPod users, is available from Battery Technology, a maker of batteries and power adapters for notebook computers and digital cameras.

Called the iPod Battery ii, the power product complements the Apple iPod line of products, offering up to 40 hours of music playtime or download time (per charge) for the iPod MP3 player.

The iPod Battery ii is a smaller, sleeker version of the original 70-hour unit shipped earlier this year. The new version comes with interchangeable cradles that allow the battery to easily connect to all iPod models with dock connectors. The unit comes with a detachable belt clip and can be charged an average of 400 times. It can be fully recharged in 90 minutes.

Suggested retail is $99.95.
