Horner, interim CFO since July, named VP/CFO of Altec Lansing…Steve Christmann, regional sales manager for Audiovox Electronics' Prestige brand, named vehicle security product manager for the company…Lowell Peters, ex-senior VP of services for Best Buy, joins Partsearch Technologies, a provider of repair parts information, software and services, as chairman of the company's Advisory Board… Altec Lansing appointed Richard Horner CFO and senior vice president, a role he has filled in an interim capacity since July...Tony Hart, formerly executive strategist at Accenture, joins Best Buy in newly created position of VP/enterprise customer relationship management… Good Guys named Peter Hanelt chief operating officer and promoted VP/merchandising Cathy Stauffer to executive VP/merchandising and advertising, both new positions. Stauffer also joins the board of directors…Carl Liebert III, Circuit City's VP/corporate operations, promoted to president/Northeast operating division… Serious USA hires William Carey, formerly of Tyco Capital, as general counsel, and Pamela Henning as senior vice president.
