Petra Expo Bucks Recession

EDMOND, OKLA. — National distributor Petra Industries said its 7th Annual Car Audio Expo held last month drew record attendance of more than 200 trade members, up 13 percent over last year, despite the recession. Twenty-three suppliers attended the event that marked the first time the expo included dealer purchasing.

Kenwood Sponsors NASCAR Drivers

LONG BEACH, CALIF. —Kenwood is continuing its alignment with Penske Racing, sponsoring two NASCAR drivers: David Stremme in the No. 12 Dodge and Sam Hornish, Jr in the No. 77 Dodge during the 2009 Sprint Cup 2009 season.
