CDW To Carry Gateway SMB PCs

Vernon Hills, Ill. - For the first time Gateway will sell its product through an outside firm, catalog, online and brick and mortar retailer CDW.

Gateway, which announced this shift earlier this week, said its initial foray into this arena will include three desktop PCs, the SB4000 B series, D series and E series, for the small business market and the 450X notebook computer. Gateway wants to use the relationship to expand its ability to sell into the small business market.

The products are now available through CDW. No plans were announced to expand this to Gateway's consumer product line.
