Memorex Retails DVD Storage Case Inserts

By Staff -- TWICE, 7/7/2003

Looking to make home DVDs and custom CDs look like they came out of a Hollywood movie, Memorex is debuting DVD storage case inserts for creating cases that look like they belong on display at a local video store.

Each package of Memorex DVD Storage Case Inserts, currently available at retail, includes Memorex exPressit SE design software featuring more than 600 images for designing personalized storage case inserts. Images include photo backgrounds, clip art and block colors.

Consumers may also import their own images directly into the software. A package of 25 premium quality matte inserts has a suggested retail of $12.99.

Memorex claims it is the first company in the United States to introduce at retail DVD storage case inserts for creating cases that look like local video store displays.

The inserts feature specialty VHF or Very High Filler paper for added brightness and opacity and for smooth, optimum quality printing. Each paper insert also is laser cut for ease of detachment.
