Peerless Merges With BBG Distribution

CHICAGO — Peerless Industries announced its merger with BBG Distribution last week, a distributors of European brands in the A/V attachment and peripheral market throughout the United Kingdom.
BBG will continue trading as BBG Distribution Limited and distributing the existing lineup of BBG brands, but will become a subsidiary of Peerless Industries, according to a statement from Peerless. Gordon Dutch will reportedly remain as managing director for BBG and has joined the advisory board of Peerless in the US.
BBG will continue to deliver products and services from its 20,000-square-foot headquarters in Watford, England.
