Protuo Bows Career Management Site During International CES

LAS VEGAS — Protuo, a Web-based career management service to provide candidates, HR executives and recruiters best-fit career matching solutions and tools to create multimedia career portfolios, will be demonstrating the Protuo career portfolio management Web site, during International CES.
Protuo has combined its Best-Fit Match, a proprietary algorithmic methodology similar to that used by social networking Web sites, with easy-to-use templates that simplify the creation of increasingly essential career portfolios. The result is a network that helps match both entry-level and experienced professionals with the specific requirements of recruiters and human resource executives, the firm said.
Protuo's Best-Fit matching service is free to both employers and career aspirants. Other features are available with Protuo membership, the company said, including database access; Post-Pal, a service that automatically posts job notices on over 300 job boards, including Monster, Career Builder and Hot Jobs; brand-building Web sites that provide details of a company's jobs, benefits, perks and advancement prospects; and featured employer.
