DLO Introduces Latest iPod Jam Jackets

CHARLESTON, S.C. — Digital Lifestyle Outfitters (DLO) introduced its newest Jam Jacket cases for both the iPod nano and fifth-generation iPod with video.

Featuring a glove-like fit, the soft, "gripable" Jam Jackets are designed to protect iPods from everyday wear and tear, while eliminating tangled cords. The cases' new headphone-management systems secure ear buds and cables on the back of the cases. They also feature full click-wheel protection with embossed buttons for touch-based iPod control, and openings for the hold switch, headphone jack and dock connector.

Both retail for $19.99 and are currently available. They are available in clear or black for the nano and black for the 30GB iPod with video.

DLO is scheduled to be acquired by Royal Philips Electronics in the second quarter.
