By TWICE Staff -- TWICE, 11/5/2003

New York - Mitsubishi Digital Electronics America has named Bob Perry to the new position of vice president of government and industry affairs where he will interact with the U.S. Congress and federal government agencies.

Max Wasinger, Mitsubishi’s senior vice president of sales and marketing, will head the marketing effort until Perry’s former position, vice president of marketing and product development is found. Akira Kurishima, vice president of strategic planning, will direct the company’s product development activities.

In a written statement Mitsubishi executives said, 'Mitsubishi Digital Electronics America (MDEA) recognizes the critical importance of effective communications with Congress, federal government agencies and industry associations, and values the solid experience Bob Perry brings to this arena. To strengthen our voice, we've asked Bob to focus his talents and energies solely on this function.'
