RhinoSkin iPod Case Offers 'Special' Plastic Proection
By Staff -- TWICE, 2/27/2006
Readfield, Maine — The RhinoSkin iPod video case is available in three units, with the trio using a transparent, polycarbonate plastic that protects the front of the product without hiding it. The backs of the cases consist of an aluminum said by the company to be one of the lightest metals in the marketplace. It possesses the best strength-to-weight ratio of any metal, said RhinoSkin.
The custom-fit cases have been designed to allow accessibility to the click wheel and all functional ports, while the iPod can be charged without removing the unit from the case. The case includes a white stretch lanyard, removable post and belt clip and a Stuffbak protection label.
The plastic provides protection for the 2.5-inch screens of video-capable iPods without affecting picture quality or functionality, said the company. The plastic is said to resist scratches, shattering and heat.
Suggested retails for the iPod 30GB aluminum hard case, model 00615, and 60GM case, model 00616, both are $34.95.

I love Rhinoskin. I have one from my PDA and one from ipod. They work great, allow me to use the product and keep the case on at the same time. I found a great website to order RhinoSkin from www.mfgdirect.com. Couldn''t believe it but they offer free ground shipping and they have great prices.
