Belkin Intros Space-Saving Protector

COMPTON, CALIF. -Belkin Components has introduced its Regulator Pro Silver Series UPS units.

Available in three models-a 350VA unit, F6C350-SER-SB; a 500VA unit, F6C500-SER-SB; and a 650VA unit, F6C650-SER-SB-the Regulator Pro Silver Series is designed for the small office/home office user.

The shutdown software, which instantly saves and closes all open programs and files when a power outage strikes, combines the protection of a UPS and the versatility of a true surge protector in one convenient unit, Belkin said.

The 500VA, with up to 20 minutes of backup time, comes with two surge-protected-only outlets and two battery backup outlets. It has a $50,000 connected equipment warranty. The 650VA, with up to 25 minutes of backup time, offers a $75,000 connected equipment warranty.

The three products are shipping with suggested retail prices of $79.99, $99.99 and $119.99, respectively.
