PLANON SHOWCASES PORTABLE SCANNER LINE

MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO — Planon System Solutions is highlighting its DocuPen line of portable document scanners. The only full-page portable scanner on the market, according to the company, the DocuPen products fit into a pocket, purse or briefcase and enable scanning of any document without a computer.

DocuPen scanners are powered by rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, and come bundled with document management software with automatic Optical Character Recognition technology. The R700+ and RC800 models include Nuance (ScanSoft) PaperPort software, and the R700+ Professional and RC800 Professional models include ABBYY FineReader software. All models also come with a USB cable and leather case.
