SanDisk Beefs Up Memory

Milpitas, Calif. — SanDisk boosted the capacity of its MicroSDHC and Memory Stick Micro (M2) cards.

Both cards will be offered in 16GB capacities through Best Buy Mobile stores in October and Verizon Wireless stores starting in November. No other dealer will carry the card through 2008, SanDisk said.

The MicroSDHC card will retail for $99 while the M2 card will carry a $129 retail.
