Kodak Sues Samsung, LG

By TWICE Staff -- TWICE, 11/18/2008

Rochester, N.Y. — Kodak announced a patent infringement lawsuit against Samsung and LG today.

The suit concerns patents touching on the use of digital cameras in mobile phones and wireless devices. It was filed with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York and the International Trade Commission.

In a statement, LG Electronics said it had not infringed on Kodak’s patents and would “respond actively” to the suit.
