DigitalDeck, Ingram Micro To Distribute DDeck

By Staff -- TWICE, 9/5/2005

DigitalDeck, supplier of the whole-house A/V entertainment system, called the DigitalDeck Entertainment Network (DDeck), has signed a distribution agreement with Santa Ana, Calif.-based Ingram Micro to market the product through custom installers as well as traditional value-added resellers, so DigitalDeck can move into the custom installation and digital home arenas.

The DDeck records and delivers home entertainment content over Ethernet from any A/V source within the home and allows users to access and control all entertainment through a TV-based guide via a single remote control. It does not require programming or advanced technical skills.
