NEAT RECEIPTS OFFERS SCANNING/ORGANIZING SOLUTIONS

By Staff -- TWICE, 9/3/2007

Neat Receipts is exhibiting its NEAT Receipts 3.0, a portable scanner that accurately scans receipts, documents and business cards. Its patented technology scans items and captures data from the printed documents, then automatically organizes the information into a database. New features include the ability to convert to editable text and search by keyword. Users can also export data to Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Money, QuickBooks, Quicken, TurboTax, csv, vCard, Plaxo, HTML and more.

Neat Receipts is also showing its NEAT Business Cards, designed to be the easiest way to scan and organize business cards, according to the company. The product installs a "scan" button in Outlook and ACT! software that reads card information and automatically places the data in contact files. If users prefer another contact management system, they can scan cards into the NEAT Business Cards software and export it to the program of their choice.
