Steel Horse Stumbles

COMPTON, CALIF. — Steel Horse Holdings filed Chapter 11 in the Central District of California. The company, which produced mobile video systems, said that problems in mobile 12-volt video sales were the cause of the filing, according to a spokeswoman.

Steel Horse said that is has estimated assets of $50 million to $100 million and estimated debts of $50 million to $100 million.
