Carl Vogel, president of Dish Network, has resigned from the post for personal reasons and has been replaced by Charlie Ergen, who continues as chairman and CEO of Dish Network and EchoStar. Vogel will remain vice chairman of Dish Network and EchoStar, reporting to Ergen. In addition, Erik Carlson, formerly Dish Network retail services and sales senior VP, and Tom Stingley, formerly Dish Network alliance management senior VP, have been promoted to executive VPs of operations and sales and distribution, respectively ... Aylwin Lewis stepped down as CEO of Sears Holdings and was replaced on an interim basis by W. Bruce Johnson, executive VP, supply chain operations … Andy Regan, formerly sales and marketing senior VP for NHT, has joined Monster as the senior market area manager … Digital Delivery Group (DDG) has elected Frank Anderson to its board. Anderson is director of operations for AV Products, DDG's Southern California partner … Ted Nakamura, ex-Canon Canada, has been named executive VP/GM of Canon USA's imaging systems group, replacing Ryoichi Bamba, who has been named president/CEO of Canon Europe... Mark Casavant, former business development VP for Klipsch Group, promoted to product development VP for Klipsch and Jamo brand architectural loudspeakers and Mirage and Energy brands … Richard Gray's Power Company promoted Rick Komendera to president, replacing company co-founder Dick McCarthy, who will continue an active advisory role as CEO, with Komendera handling day-to-day operations … Shawn Mahoney, ex-Tweeter, joins Hitachi Home Electronics America as marketing manager of the home electronics product lineup … Mark Mettler, former Sears GMM, joins Staples as senior VP, general merchandising manager, consumer technology and seasonal supplies, reporting to Jevin Eagle, merchandising executive VP … James Barry named as chief information officer for Partsearch Technologies with responsibility for technology development and architecture.
