Eye-Fi Adds New Upload Partner

Mountain View, Calif. — Wireless SD card maker Eye-Fi announced today it is adding blog sites from Six Apart to its online partner list.

Eye Fi users can now upload images wirelessly directly to Six Apart’s various blogging platforms, including Moveable Type, TypePad and Vox.

The Eye-Fi card is a 2GB SD memory card that can connect to wireless home networks to simultaneously upload photos to computers and Internet sites. The firm has partnered with more than 20 online destinations, including Wal-Mart, Shutterfly, Kodak Gallery, Facebook and Photobucket.

Lexar said at International CES it would offer Eye-Fi memory cards under its brand and the Kodak brand later this year.
