Acer Ships New Aspire One To U.S. Market

San Jose, Calif. — Acer America today began shipping its Aspire One AOD150 into the U.S. market.

The $349 AOD150 is slightly larger then the original Aspire One, featuring a 10.1-inch screen and weighing just less than 3 pounds, compared with the 8.9-inch screen in the earlier model.

The AOD150 uses a 1.60Ghz Intel Atom processor, 1GB of memory, 160GB hard drive and integrated Wi-Fi capability.

It is available in four colors: seashell white, sapphire blue, ruby red and diamond black.
