Environmental Impact

FRAMINGHAM, MASS.— Bose updated one of its best-selling environmental speakers, the 151, to deliver more powerful bass and a broader soundfield in a smaller enclosure compared to its predecessor. The new 151 SE, expected to retail for $278/pair, features three full-range drivers with Articulated Array design in each enclosure to deliver a broad, consistent soundfield with a wide sweet spot. Each closure measures 4.5 by 12.5 by 6 inches. It's available through Bose stores, authorized retailers, www.bose.com and Bose's toll-free line, (800) WWW-BOSE.
