Belkin Bows Komen Cases

By Lisa Johnston -- TWICE, 5/21/2007

Belkin International announced pink cases for first- and second-generation iPod nanos — the Sport armband and Hope Remix Metal — with proceeds benefiting Susan G. Komen for the Cure. For each case sold, Belkin will donate 10 percent of the retail price to support Komen for the Cure, with a minimum donation of $100,000.

Currently available, the Sport armband has a $29.99 suggested retail. It is constructed with "stitchless" material that is meant to be long lasting and durable. It is also water resistant and can be hand washed.

The Hope Remix Metal also has a $29.99 suggested retail and is made of clear acrylic and brushed metal. It features a soft-touch click-wheel protector.

Susan G. Komen for the Cure aims to save lives and end breast cancer by empowering people, ensuring quality care for all and energizing science to find the cures, said a release by Belkin.
