Lenmar Bows 8-Min./15-Min. AA/AAA Charger

Camarillo, Calif. — Called a “breakthrough” product, Lenmar has added the MSC815 Mach 1 Lightning SpeedCharger to its charger lineup. The unit allows consumers to charge two Lenmar PRO-H high temperature nickel metal-hydride batteries in as little as eight minutes, and four cells in just 15 minutes.
By using the PRO-H cells, Lenmar said charging time is cut in half, but the company said the charger can accept any qualified cells from any manufacturer for a 15-minute charging. The charger delivers a fast charge, without overcharging, by continuously monitoring and conditioning the batteries. It also stabilizes battery temperature as it charges, preventing overheating.
The MSC815 is a two-channel charger that will charge two Lenmar cells in eight minutes and four non-Lenmar cells in 15 minutes. The unit is shipping with two Lenmar PRO-H 2000mAh cells, international voltage support and a car cigarette lighter adapter that enables consumer to fully charge batteries on the road with LED status indicators.
