ProLine Offers Disc Protection

By Staff -- TWICE, 4/19/2004

ProLine has developed an invisible disc coating that makes the data side of all disc formats more scratch-resistant.

Called DiscGuard 2, the product produces a clear layer on the disc surface that allows the laser-read data to be enhanced for correct reproduction, while forming a shield of protection, over a short period of time, without restricting immediate disc use.

The scratch protection product is available in a kit that includes a disc-gripping applicator base, two soft application and buffing cloths and a 2-ounce bottle of the formula for conditioning over 200 discs at a suggested $16.95 retail.
