Flat-Panel Share Report

The majority of flat-panel TVs offered at U.S. retailers had screen sizes larger than 40 inches as of Q3 2007, according to market data from Current Analysis West.

In addition, models priced $3,000 and up comprised a total of 56 percent of all models available. The largest assortment? Plasma TVs priced more than $3,000 made up 38 percent of all plasma TVs at retail in the third quarter.
