BWG Signs ServicePower Pact

ST. PETERSBURG, FLA. — Bankers Warranty Group (BWG), the extended service provider, has partnered with ServicePower, a provider of outsourced service and field management.
Under terms of the agreement, ServicePower will provide service network resourcing, electronic scheduling and dispatch, and warranty claim processing for BWG. ServicePower will also facilitate the dispatch and claims processes and provide additional service network capabilities in outlying areas for the firm.
In other warranty news, A.M. Best has affirmed the financial strength rating and issuer credit rating of A, or excellent, for Virginia Surety, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Warranty Group and a leading underwriter of consumer extended warranties worldwide.
