Maxell Intros Noise-Cancellation Headphone

By Staff -- TWICE, 11/7/2005

Lightweight Maxell noise-cancellation headphone, model HP/NC-III, enhances sound from a portable music player by eliminating up to 95 percent of ambient noise, according to the company. These include enhanced audibility of distinct tones for a truer audio representation, said Maxell.

The headphone offers a “comfortable and sleek” design and the ability to fold. Units come with a dual-prong adapter for portable and in-flight entertainment systems and have up to 60 hours of battery life with 2 AAA batteries that are not included with the product.

The entry-level headphone, which provides sound without battery power, are said to be easy to adjust and come with a drawstring travel pouch for storage ease. Units are pointed toward use on airplanes and for home theaters.

Suggested retail is $39.99.
