GE/Sanyo Unit Hits Flexibility

Flexibility is the key headset issue for GE/Sanyo, with the company offering a new hands-free, over-the-ear wire boom-design that includes a bendable microphone boom adjustable to an individual user's comfort needs.

The microphone has a noise-canceling feature, while the on/off switch is located conveniently at the ear, instituting maximum safety and convenience while driving, said the company.

GE/Sanyo is making four versions of the headset. Suggested retail is $18.99.
