NuVision Adds 10 Lucidium 1080p LCD Flat Panels

Scottsdale, Ariz. — NuVision U.S. has launched its Lucidium Deep Black LCD HDTV line with models ranging from 22 inches to 65 inches.
The line will be featured during 2007 CEDIA Expo, held in Denver, Sept. 6-9, at the Colorado Convention Center, booth 1038.
“NuVision recognizes the shift in the market toward whole-home integrated systems and raises the bar for easy-integration with unique NuControl IR pass-thru and RS232 serial control offered in every model,” explained Scott Deley, NuVision CEO. “We also recognize that consumers want the same look, feel and performance throughout their home. From the living room to the bathroom, NuVision is the first to offer such a wide range screen sizes with integration friendly features and performance for today’s digital home.”
The model lineup is as follows:
· The 65-inch Lucidium HDN Deep Black 1080p LCD HDTV utilizing Silicon Optix Realta HQV image processing; deep black, 65-inch, 1920 by 1080 DCS (Deep Color Spectrum) LCD panel; 4-D noise reduction; and dual ATSC tuners, all wrapped in an all black narrow frame aluminum bezel. Pricing for the NVU65HDN Lucidium HDN is $11,999, available Oct. 30;
· Lucidium DCM Series Deep Black 52-inch 1080p LCD display using NuColor x.v. full 10-bit color path; NiDO III image processing; deep black, 1920 by 1080 DCS LCD panel; DSDB (Digital Switching Deep Black system); and 4x HDMI 1.3 inputs. Pricing for the NVU52DCM Lucidium DCM is $4,399, also available Oct. 30;
· Lucidium DCM Series Deep Black 47- and 42-inch 1080p LCD displays incorporating NiDO III image processing; deep black, 1920 by 1080 DCS LCD panel; DSDB; and 4x HDMI 1.3 inputs. Pricing for the NVU47DCM Lucidium DCM is $2899 and the NVU42DCM Lucidium DCM is $2299. Both ship Oct. 30;
· Lucidium Series Deep Black 37-inch 1080p LCD HDTV incorporating NiDO II image processing; deep black, 1920 by 1080 DCS LCD panel; DSDB; and 3x HDMI 1.3 inputs (one-side). The NVU37L Lucidium is priced at $1899and will be available Oct. 12;
· Lucidium Series Deep Black 32- and 26-inch 1080p capable LCD HDTVs incorporating NiDO II image processing, deep black LCD panel, DSDB and 3x HDMI 1.3 inputs (1 side, 2 rear). The NVU32L Lucidium ships Oct. 12 for a suggested $1299, while the NVU26L Lucidium is $899 shipping Sept. 20;
· Lucidium Series Deep Black 22-inch 1080p-capable LCD HDTV incorporating NiDO II image processing, deep black LCD panel, DSDB and 2x HDMI 1.3 inputs. Pricing and availability is for the NVU22L Lucidium is $699 on Sept. 20; and
· Lucidium Mirror Series Deep Black 32- and 22-inch 1080p-capable LCD HDTVs incorporating NiDO II image processing, deep black LCD panel, DSDB and 2x HDMI 1.3 inputs, with a behind the mirror in-wall mounting frame system. Pricing for the NMU22L Lucidium is $1299 and the NMU32L Lucidium is $1599. Both ship Sept. 30.
