I bought a Samsung CLP-325 laser printer 12/11 that paper-jammed the very first job it ran. Paper jams continued to occur at least 50 percent of the 10 or so jobs I ran after the first one. Just got the grand finale paper jam that cannot be cleared, so I have to send it in. Hours on the phone. Changing where I am supposed to send it without benefit of a shipping label. Consistently put off when calling. I will not be buying Samnsung again, and will be CERTAIN to advise my friends and acquaintances to STEER CLEAR.

Desr sir
I purchased a Samsung microwave on Oct. 10,2009. It caught fire on Jan. 3. I have placed 13 phone calls. The first call brought a technician to the house (had to take half day off work). He said it could be repaired but should not be because everytime it would b e used the smoke will semll would be in the food and houde. I don't want it repaired, it has taken weeks of scrubbing and cleaning to get the smoke smell out of the house. I want a refund or a new micowave. Each time I have call the person I have talked to is pleasant and has promised me a new microwave. Each time they have said that someone will contact me in 3-5 days. No one every called back, each time I have called back I have received a different store; need copy of receit, need to confirm serial #, need to confirm model #, on and on. I have never had such poor customer service. Can you help get this taken care of?

Dear Mr. Chang Soo Choi
President and CEO, Samsung Electronics
I hope you will do the honorable thing and replace or epair the defective DLP Televisions that your company manufactured and sold which are defecetive (DLP-WHITE SPOTS).
It is not fair that people would pay hundreds of dollars for a product which is detective within a period of eighteen to twenty four months after purchase. I am a school teacher and this represented a large investment for me and I am sure for all the others who are having the same problem.
There is a large number of theses TV's encountering this problem. Some where along the way if Samsung fails to stand by it's product you will see a class action suit and a consumer boycott of your products.
We currently have 5 samsung TV's between my parents and brother and we have 4 computer flat panel monitors, 2 cell phones and 2 laser printers. We have been happy with our purchases until now. This DLP white dot problem and the way it is being handled is a black mark on your company.
Please do the right thing.
Yours truly,
Christopher Rahal (772) 569-3500
