Compton, Calif. — Perfect for desktop computer consumers using Windows 98, 2000, ME or XP, and looking for the added benefits of a wireless setup, the new Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Bundle, model F8E815-BNDL, from Belkin, is an easy-to-use wireless solution that incorporates digital radio frequency technology.
By utilizing Belkin's auto-synchronization technology — which enables the receiver to automatically detect the mouse and keyboard — set-up is fast and convenient, said the company. One channel offers 256 IDs, which alleviates interference, allowing for the best signal clarity.
The keyboard offers nine keys for multimedia and Internet access, which enables one-button selection of users' favorite sites and applications.
Among the benefits: the mouse works up to 6 feet from the receiver, offers 27MHz bandwidth, works for both right- and left-handed users and offers comfortable long-term use with integrated wrist rest.
The keyboard and mouse, which is shipping this month, has a suggested $39.99 retail.
