Claire Babrowski, ex-acting president/CEO of RadioShack, joins Toys "R" Us as executive VP/COO, a new position. She reports to Jerry Storch, chairman/CEO ... David Johnson, senior VP and corporate controller of RadioShack, is leaving the company after July 31. He will be succeeded at that time by treasurer Martin Moad .
