XM Satellite Radio announced two agreements and reported the expansion of its XM NavTraffic coverage to two new markets. XM said it has entered an exclusive partnership with Audible, based in Wayne, N.J., to produce in 2006, handheld portable radio devices that play both XM's service and Audible's spoken-word content.
