Frigidaire Dishwasher Promo Extends Coverage

CHARLOTTE, N.C. –

Frigidaire offered a free, one-year
extended-service agreement on purchases of its new
Gallery dishwasher line in May and June as part of a special
introductory offer.

The just-launched dishwasher line features a unique
soap, soak and rinse system that produces what parent
company Electrolux described as “a better clean.”
Based on tests, the majap maker also claims that the
new models are the best-cleaning and best-drying dishwashers
compared to competitors, and are the quietest
in their class.

The crux of the system is an OrbitClean spray arm,
which operates independently from an upper spray arm
and revolves in a large circle around the bottom of the
dishwasher. Attached to the arm is a smaller circular
sprayer which spins in an opposite spiral. This combination
improves cleaning performance by distributing four
times more water and detergent throughout the tub, Electrolux
said.

The new line also offers enhanced drying performance
with a SaharaDry cycle, which eliminates the need to
towel-dry before putting dishes away.

Additional features includes sensors that “adapt”
the cycle and adjust water pressure based on cleaning
needs; an energy saver plus cycle that uses less energy
without compromising cleaning performance; a quickclean
cycle to clean lightly soiled dishes in less than an
hour; a smudge-proof stainless-steel finish; and adjustable
racks, an oversized silverware basket and enough
capacity to fit up to 14 place settings.

The Energy Star-qualified line was designed, assembled
and engineered in the U.S., and is available in stainless
steel, white and black finishes at suggested retails of
$549 to $649.
