In addition to strategic powwows and vendor planning sessions, member dealers heard presentations by Pacific Media analyst Tom Edwards on industry trends and an HDTV update by CEA's Jim Barry.
Attendees were also taken to nearby George Ranch for a Western-style barbecue and hoedown.
A planned tribute to JVC honorable chairman Harry Elias was canceled due to family illness, marking the first NATM annual meeting missed by the industry veteran in 30 years.
For the next two years, NATM is moving its spring conference to The Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa in Hollywood, Fla. The event will run March 9-12, 2005, and will return March 16-19 in 2006.
This TWICE webinar, hosted by senior editor Alan Wolf, will take a look at what may be the hottest CE products at retail that will be sold during the all-important fourth quarter. Top technologies, market strategies and industry trends will be discussed with industry analysts and executives.
