Fagor America, the U.S. subsidiary of Spain's Fagor Electrodomesticos, has added two new models to its convection oven line.

Its 24-inch side-opening oven provides increased access to the oven cavity and features retractable controls, a ventilated steam outlet and eight cooking programs. It retails for $749.

Fagor's more spacious 30-inch oven can hold a 32-pound turkey and features a self-clean system, a fume filter, and six cooking programs including a dehydrate function for steam-cooked foods. The suggested retail is $2,100.

Both models feature European convection for even heat distribution and faster cooking, stainless-steel finish, and a preheat booster that raises cavity temperature to 400 degrees in less than five minutes.
