BodyGuardz
Acquires Earjax
DRAPER, UTAH — BodyGuardz announced
it has acquired Earjax, a manufacturer
of listening devices.
Earjax products include the
Lyrics earphones with 13mm drivers,
the voice-integrated Moxy model, and
three other lines. Pricing ranges from
$14.95 to $99.99.
A portion of every BodyGuardz Earjax
noise-isolating earphones purchase will
help fund the global distribution of hearing
aids to those unable to afford them,
a result of the companies’ relationship
with the Starkey Hearing Foundation.
According to a spokesman for Body-
Guardz, the Earjax operations that used
to be located in St. George, Utah, are
currently being transferred to Bluffdale,
Utah. Dan Hill, Earjax product manager,
is working from both locations through
this transition, but will be based from
Bluffdale long-term, the spokesman
told TWICE.
