Digital River and Targus have inked an agreement that has the former company launching Targus' online stores in the United States and United Kingdom.
Digital River hosts the shopping environment and provides all the back-end order management, marketing and fraud prevention technology. Consumers now have access to Targus' entire collection of computer accessories and peripherals at www.targus.com .
This is the first hard-line vendor that Digital River has teamed with. The company's business up to this point has been setting up and handling e-commerce sites for software publishers. It currently controls the sales of over 30,000 software titles.
