Vantage Point Ceiling Mount Adds Extra Support For LCD Monitors

The Axsys ceiling mount from Vantage Point Products is designed to fit 100mm/200mm Vesa hole-mounting patterns on LCD monitors bearing a maximum weight load of 100 pounds.

The unit is part of a four-mount grouping currently being shipped by the company. Known as the Axsys line of LCD mounting systems, the four are engineered to hold LCD monitors with 200 mm by 200mm, 200mm by 100mm, or 100mm by 100mm Vesa hole patterns. These “cost-effective” mounting solutions are built for larger LCD monitors needing greater support and articulation, and are part of the Axsys 200mm line.

The LCD ceiling-mount permits 5 degrees upward tilt and 15 degrees downward tilt for a precise viewing angle. It also features a “unique” design that improves ease of leveling the monitor in any position it is placed. The ceiling mount can be rotated a full 360 degrees side to side for the optimal viewing angle.

Also, the center channel speaker bracket can be “easily” added onto the Axsys LCD ceiling mount, which is available in silver or black powder-coated finish, called models AX2ACL01-S and AX2ACL01-B. Suggested retail is $129.99.
