V-MODA Debuts New Colors For Vibe 'Modaphone'

V-MODA announced two new colors for its Vibe noise-isolating "modaphone," an earphone that is designed to enable users to experience state-of-the-art audio on the go. The new colors are Red Roxx, which is meant to match the iPod nano Red Special Edition, and La Mocha, which is meant to complement the brown Microsoft Zune. Red Roxx is available exclusively at Apple.com and select Apple retail stores throughout February.

The Vibe features an all-metal design and "micro-size and ultra-soft silicone fittings" that provide a secure, comfortable fit, said the company in a release. It carries a $101 suggested retail, and is engineered to work with all portable music.

The modaphones are also available in Gunmetal Black and FlashBlack Chrome. The included "modawrap" cable manager adjusts the length of the sport-optimized cables, and a leather gold pouch is also provided for travel and storage. As an added bonus, customers receive VIP card access to "V-MODA modcasts," music and other gear along with their purchase of Vibe.

They are currently available through Apple and at www.shop.v-moda.com, and they are scheduled to become available at Virgin Megastore and Amazon.com in March.
