Staff On Sep 3 2001 - 6:00am

Terk Technologies is premiering three new DirecTV-approved satellite products, including the TRK-S24, a Multi-Satellite dish antenna; the Sat C Installation Kit, which upgrades an existing Multi-Satellite dish antenna; and the TRK-S23, a remodeled upgrade to the current DirecTV Multi-Satellite dish offering.

The TRK-S24 model, at a suggested $249.95 retail, will have the same features as the TRK-S23, plus it will feature a third LNB required in order that customers have the option of receiving future HDTV DirecTV programming from the 110 degree orbital location.

The Sat C Kit is designed for customers who currently have an 18-inch x 24-inch DirecTV Multi-Satellite dish antenna and would like to be upgraded in order to receive future DirecTV programming from the 110 degree orbital location.

The kit, at a suggested $49.95 retail, contains all of the necessary pieces to convert the Multi-Satellite dish with two LNBs to a triple-LNB dish.

The TRK-S23, at a suggested $217.95 retail, will be an upgraded version of the TRK-22, which was an 18-inch x 24-inch DirecTV satellite dish antenna featuring two dual LNBs and a 4-output multi-switch, for hook-up to as many as four receivers.

It will now feature an integrated 5x4 multi-switch and enhanced design.
