In an effort to enhance the sales and marketing tools available to retailers, Targus has launched PartnerVantage, a program that gives the reseller channel immediate access to essential tools, product information and incentive programs designed to build higher levels of customer satisfaction and reseller expertise that will increase profitability.
Participants in the program will have access to a dedicated partner Web site, which will enable them to take advantage of the benefits offered by Targus, a maker of portable storage bags and cases and other accessories. Each component of the plan is designed to provide specific, targeted support that will enable retailers to grow their businesses faster than they can on their own.
Highlights of the program include speedy response and customer support via a dedicated 800 number and sales and marketing support and training materials designed to maximize program members' businesses. These include the latest promotions, product information, comparisons and literature than can be immediately accessed on the partner site.
Other PartnerVantage features include sales incentive programs, government and education incentives, customer service and technical support, demo programs, newsletter and post-sales support.
