Targus Charger Stands 2.5 Inches Tall

Targus Digital by Merkury Innovations is offering what it calls the “smallest” AA/AAA plug-in charger in the world. The unit, model TG-BC1000, is a retractable battery charger that includes four AA nickel metal-hydride 2000mAh cells.

The overnight charger, at a suggested $19.99 retail, weighs 3 ounces, offers dual LED and charges four AA/AAA batteries. The retractable unit, when closed, is 2.5 inches high, and both 1.5 inches wide and deep. When open, it is 5 inches high, and both 1.5 inches wide and deep.
