Salamander Introduces Modular Entertainment Shelves, Cabinet

HARTFORD, CONN. — Salamander Designs has introduced a new series of three Media Storage Shelves for its Fusion collection. Fusion features side-panel edges that curve gently inward from rounded corners.
All three Fusion models have dark bronze finished aluminum shelves with integrated backstops. These are well-suited for storing and displaying video and audio cassettes, CDs and DVDs.
The 54-inch tall FM450 offers six shelves and accommodates 450 CDs, while the 45-inch FM375 has five shelves and a 375-CD capacity. The four-shelf FM300 holds 300 CDs. In maple, cherry and walnut, the FM450, FM375 and FM300 are designed to retail for $399, $349 and $299, respectively. In satin black, respective prices are $299, 249 and $199.
The new Salamander Designs Annex, a stackable shelf designed specially for discs and tapes, is sized to accommodate mixed or matched media collections of CDs, DVDs, Zip disks, video cassettes and/or audio cassettes.
A Media Cabinet for Salamander's Synergy System is ideal for DVDs, CDs, Zip disks, and video and audiocassettes. It stands 12 inches deep and 42 inches tall. Five aluminum shelves, each with an integral backstop, are included for 250-CD capacity.
The Synergy Systems Media Cabinet, including side panels and five shelves, is designed to retail for $599 in any of its three veneered hardwood finishes.
