The T2+ Universal System Controller from Remote Technologies (RTI) combines 32 fully programmable and macro-assignable lighted buttons. The unit's touch screen displays "richly detailed" menus and scroll lists, and it automatically illuminates when the remote is picked up. It never needs calibrating.
The size and weight of the RTI control makes one-handed operation easy, giving smaller hands comfortable access to the control's functions.
The T2+ offers users twice the memory of the previous T2 model, allowing for full control of any sized home theater. Combined with the company's RP-6 remote process and host of power-sensing and signal-transmission modules, the T2+ becomes the user interface of the "most powerful, responsive and scalable" home control system available.
The RTI T2+ needs only to send a single IR or RF trigger signal to the remote processor, which centralizes code storage for fast and powerful control command transmission throughout the system's modules. Also, chances for missed or partial signals being broadcast from the remote are reduced.
Suggested retail is $599 for the currently available T2+ Universal System Controller.
