Pacific's Nano Sleeves Debut

Pacific Design's new Nano Contour Sleeve Collection for Apple's second generation iPod Nano is now available at retail for a suggested $19.95.

The product features a GE Lexan see-through screen cover to protect against scratches and cut down on glare. The rest of the case features a molded leather core with a polyurethane exterior. It provides full access to headphone and sync/power ports and it features a hook-and-loop closure for security. All models are packaged with a black metal carabineer clip.

The product is immediately available in two color combinations: black/grey and pink/white. In spring 2007 the product will also be offered in black/red, green/white, blue/aqua and grey/orange configurations.

In other news, the company will introduce a similar case for Apple's fifth-generation iPod Video on Jan. 15, 2007.
