The Mophie Juice Pack 3G, introduced late this summer from MStation, is designed to act as a battery extender.
The Juice Pack 3G comes “pre-charged” and ready to go straight out of the package, said the company. It houses a rechargeable lithium-polymer battery within an ergonomic, comfort-grip case with a soft-touch, non-slip finish, and reportedly gives consumers up to an additional 350 hours of standby time, six hours of talktime, six hours of Internet use, eight hours of video playback or 28 hours of audio playback on the 3G.
The device's proprietary design provides short circuit, over-charge and temperature protection as well as smart power management, according to the company. It also integrates a four-LED charging-status indicator, and it can be connected to the user's computer via USB passthrough.
It's currently available for a $99.95 suggested retail.
