Memorex Debuts Cool Colors DVD+R Media

More style and fun is being added by Memorex when consumers save television, home movies and data files on the company's new 8x write speed Cool Colors DVD+R media. The Cool Colors offer users a singular method to express their creativity, whether for a home movie project or a digital slide show, said Memorex.

Available in a 10-pack, the Cool Colors media features discs in blue, green, red, yellow and purple, with equally colorful and slim movie-box cases. The slim cases protect DVD discs from scratches and dust, and feature a center hub that is specially designed to prevent disc damage as DVDs are inserted or removed.

The DVD+R discs are write-once, record at 8x speed, and can store up to 4.7GB of data or two hours of video. Cool Colors DVD+R media was scheduled for February availability at a suggested $14.99 for a 10-pack.
