MIDDLETOWN, PA. — Legrand has begun shipping
two of its IR camera kits meant for use in low-light environments.
The CM1029 and CM1030 color IR camera kits feature
24 LEDs for illuminating in poor lighting, as well as
a 3.6mm lens. They also have waterproof plate to shield
from bad weather, and an adjustable sun shade for use
during daylight hours.
The illumination range is listed at around 65.6 feet for
both cameras.
The CM1029 camera kit comes with the IR camera and
waterproof plate, while the CM1030 adds the Legrand
CM1011 camera module.
“Our engineers worked long and hard to make sure the
new IR camera kits offer one of the best price-to-performance
ratios in the business,” said Fritz Werder, VP and
general manager of Legrand brand of Home Systems.
“I am happy to report that the quality of the video is
nothing short of remarkable, especially when compared
to other low-light options. The release of this new product
means our installers can now provide their customers with
yet another reliable, technologically advanced security solution.”
